We have bought and sold a few homes over the years. There are showings, and buyers, and negotiations in every transaction and Carol and Trevor handled those professionally and with a calm steady demeanor. In truth, I'd expect that from seasoned professionals working for a firm like Chase. What made the experience a good one, and has me reaching back out to Carol and Trevor to sell another house, is their helpfulness with all the little things. I needed an AC repair and they connected me with the right professional to get it done at a reasonable price. I had a question about a form I was requested to sign, they told me not to sign it. I needed to lease back this house for 30 days, and they had a lease in my hand in days. There is enough to worry about when buying or selling a home so it is really nice when 'the little things' are taken care of and don't become big things. Thanks to Carol and Trevor there were no blow ups, fire drills, or little things that became big things.

Trevor is a great to work with. He keeps a calm through any obstacle along the way and trust me we had to overcome a lot with a septic leach field repair. I look forward to completing another escrow shortly with him to purchase our next home!
